    CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! So I stopped by today to Ship Off a Box of Fully Loaded backpacks for children in need to another state...l used my own shipping label and the so called Owner so he says by the name of ***** ****** Did the Most!! It started when I simply was tryna ask if I can use the scale while he helped another customer since all I needed to do was weigh my box...This Man very very rudely goes I'm tryna help a customer! lol so l does it myself and from there he Talked Talking his sh*t nonstop going off about how *** doesn't allow customers to use their own Labels which Ik is a **** Lie!However while I was in the store he wouldn't let up about it constantly addressing me trying to humiliate me in front of other customers! Me on the other hand was having a blessed day and unknowingly to him he was dealing with the right mf today but I chose ***** and I let him have his Coonery and decided today I won't go off on anyone I'm simply trying to do my good deed and go on about my business! This Location is a Joke and if the "owner" acts like this and I'm sure everyone in this store does! And sirrr if You don't like customers using their own labels then put up a **** Sign that prohibit It so You can STFU next time! And take a customer service Class because you need it BAD!!!! ******
