    Dear U-Save Fort Lauderdale Team,I am writing to formally request compensation and express my deep concern over the mishandling of my reservation #AAMX012914, originally scheduled for pickup on July 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM.Summary of Events:I called your location twice before the pickup time to notify your staff of my delayed arrival. Each time, I was assured the vehicle would be held with no issue.I also emailed in advance to confirm my delay and intent to pick up the car.Despite this clear and documented communication, my reservation was wrongfully canceled without notice.I was only informed after 3:00 PM that a 1-hour cancellation policy was being enforced a policy that was never disclosed by phone, email, or in any of the booking *************** a direct result of this mishandling, I incurred $120 in **** charges over two days to cover transportation needs a completely avoidable cost had my reservation been honored.Despite the inconvenience and added cost, I have chosen to rent again from your company tomorrow, demonstrating my willingness to resolve this fairly and in good faith.I am requesting the following:A full reversal of any cancellation or no-show fees associated with this reservation.Reimbursement of $120 to cover the cost of alternate transportation necessitated by your teams failure to uphold my booking.A written apology and internal review of how this was handled.If I do not receive a resolution within 5 business days, I will escalate this matter to:U-Save Corporate Headquarters The Better Business Bureau (BBB)The ********************************* and ***************** And, if needed, initiate a chargeback through my credit card provider.This situation was completely avoidable. I fulfilled my responsibilities as a customer by communicating promptly and in writing. I now expect U-Save to do the same.Sincerely,******** **********
