    Terrible attempted shopping experience, was going to purchase a ******* pistol here, wouldn't take my payment, it was canceled by UsedGuns and then sold to someone else. Awful experience as a buyer, and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I asked for it to be honored since i had purchased it first, was told not a chance. What scummy business practices. Due to a mistake on their end, i had to attempt to rectify it wasting my time and still they sold the item i had rightfully held to someone named "**********" or something, within minutes of being on the phone! Outright awful experience.

    Customer ordered a firearm from one of our online platforms and for some reason the order was cancelled which we have no idea why. We had another consumer buy it since original order was cancelled as our POS software automatically reposts items on line and it was sold again. Unfortunately we have no control over his order begin cancelled as hed need to contact the online platform he used.

     complete lies and I was told by two associates of the *** app which this place instructed me to comment it was done in the store side! This place is completely full of crooks and I'm calling the attorney general!

    They listed it as "pay store directly" as was directly confirmed by them. I want them to hold accountability for their mistake and it should have been honored since I was the first buyer!

     

    Their manager was rude and hateful and made no attempt to understand. I've already reported them to UsedGuns as they have no business being there given they can't understand how it works or how to list items!

    The item has been sold nothing we can do since Buya cancelled his order as we did not. I would offer him a 10% discount on anything else.
