On June 23, 2025, The Arizona Attorney General’s Office filed an Indictment against iSold It on eBay and Charles Justin Hudson, Managing Member of iSold It on eBay. Charges filed allege the business and Charles Justin Hudson are in violation of federal law prohibiting 7 counts of money laundering in the second degree, 7 counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices $100,000 or more, 7 counts of trafficking in stolen property in the first degree, 37 counts of organized retail theft, 31 counts of trafficking in stolen property in the second degree, 1 count of theft, 1 count of illegally conducting an enterprise, and 1 count of conspiracy, by purchasing stolen Blu-Rays and DVDs and selling them at discounted prices.
The matter is pending.
