    On January 30, 2024 I was told I had to pay my annual ******** deductible. I was charged $231.00 for a procedure even though I told them I had previously met my deductible. They would not treat me until I paid this amount. They said if that was an unnecessary charge, it would be a future credit on my account. I moved out of state and called on October 2, 2024 to cancel my upcoming appointment. I remembered I had a credit, which I did, of $231.00 They said they would refund it. I gave them my new mailing address, expecting a check in the mail. I have not received anything. I called again on November 5th and 6th, asking for my refund. They called on November 6th to say they 'took care of it'. They said if I paid on a credit card, it would go back to the card. I have not received my money. If they took care of it on October 2, I should have it by now (6 weeks later).

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
