    This company is not customer friendly.I had an agreement set up to take care of one of my bills with Benchmark. Things went fine until I had my hours cut back at work and needed to adjust the date for 5 days out of the original signed contract. I had spoken to ****** that works with Benchmark and she said that that was no problem that she would send me the new date and i could sign and send back. Well i waited until the next morning and i didnt get it i called the number that was published on their paperwork of and every time i called it said that the number was not taking calls. Then I tried emailing which is also on their paperwork. Well, today I get a notification that my payment came out on the original date not the adjusted date that ****** and I had agreed. SO NOW AFTER WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ****** MY BANK ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN AND I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. So there you have it that they do not stand behind their customer service nor do they care that I am barely working and i waas not prepared for the transaction to come out today and I cannot get in touch with anyone. HHHEEELLLPPPPPP
