    Attempting to use the Bitcoin purchase through cryptodispensers.com I was directed to use a bar code at the *** counter. The bar code is directly linked to my account with cryptodispensers.com. I had to do three transactions because the most they can do at a time is $500 and I wanted to load $1,500 to my account. All three $500 deposits were accepted via the *** transaction. The date of the transaction was June 30, 2024 shortly after 2:00 am. Upon checking my account, only two of the transaction totaling $1,000 have posted. We are now 2 1/2 days past the *** transaction and I have still not been credited the full $1,500. Also, the purpose of these deposits are to be able to buy Bitcoin via the cryptodispensers.com portal. That has also not been possible. I have emailed the company 3 or 4 times with not one response. I have called DOZENS and DOZENS of times and not one phone call answered by a live agent. I have filed a police report for theft of services in ******* as that is where there corporate office is said to be located. I have also uploaded screenshots of my accounts cleared and pending transactions. Upon researching other customer reviews, this is an ongoing problem with this company. Something needs to be done to put a stop to their defrauding people out of money.

    Dear ***/*****,I am writing to file an official complaint against the website www.cryptodispenser.com for engaging in fraudulent activities and failing to provide any form of customer support. It has come to my attention that this website has scammed not only myself but also numerous other individuals out of their hard-earned money. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support staff, I have received no response via phone or email.On [07/21/2023], I deposited $30.0 at a CVS location, as instructed by www.cryptodispenser.com. I have attached a copy of the receipt as proof of my transaction. However, upon attempting to withdraw or send the funds, every transaction has resulted in a "failed" status. This clearly indicates that www.cryptodispenser.com is operating dishonestly and intentionally deceiving its users.The lack of any available support staff is deeply concerning. The provided phone number never answers calls, and emails sent to their designated email address have gone unanswered. This complete absence of customer service demonstrates a blatant disregard for the concerns and issues faced by their users.I would like to emphasize that www.cryptodispenser.com is undoubtedly a fake and fraudulent platform. Their actions have caused financial loss and emotional distress to myself and countless others who have fallen victim to their scam. It is imperative that immediate action be taken against this website to prevent further harm to unsuspecting individuals.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau thoroughly investigates this matter and takes appropriate measures against www.cryptodispenser.com. It is crucial that they are held accountable for their fraudulent activities and compelled to refund the money they have unlawfully obtained from innocent individuals.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take swift action to address this issue and protect consumers from falling victim to www.cryptodispenser.com's scam.
