I called the shop on a Monday and they did not get to my car until Friday, that was the easy part of all this nightmare situation.

The car doesn’t crank over and I was referred by a mechanic to take it to a shop that works on the electrical components of the car, so I did.

I came by a few times to the shop to check on the progress and the car was still parked at the same location.

When I got there and tried to explain what was wrong with my car I got different answers with one of the mechanics stating it could be the starter and the mechanic stated the engine was seized.

I truly believe they did not move the car from where I left it and they charged me $170 for the diagnostic.

Lastly, the most disturbing act by this company was they intentionally opened my key fob and damaged the microchip, costing an additional $280, when I called the locksmith they stated someone had opened the fob and dismantled the component. They admitted fault and paid for the replacement key.

I had to get the car towed from the shop to my house costing me an additional $120.

The shop provided me an invoice with only one description stating the engine was seized with no other details leaving me believing that there was no evidence of a full car diagnostic test that was performed on my vehicle.

The statements from Service Techniques represents false and untrue statements throughout their letter.

The additional cost for towing my vehicle back to my residence, instead of sending directly to the Kia dealership. This was due to the locksmith stating that the dealership will not allow any work performed on their premises.

    Cost for tow $120
pain and suffering for the inconveniences, threats and accusations.  I'm factoring the cost of time lost, also the anxiety and stress that I felt after the encounter with Service Techniques. $1000
