    Say Intentions is a great program for us who are flight simulation enthusiasts. It provides full ATC, cabin crew, tour guides, and plenty more. However, Say Intentions refuses to amicably resolve problems that do arise from time to time with AI driven programs. So, on or about December 27th, after using Say Intentions for months, all of a sudden it ceased to work correctly. I could make transmissions, and I could hear my co-pilot, but nothing else was heard. So, I jumped over to Discord to request assistance. However, being blind, I ran into a problem with Jaws and Discord that prevented me from accessing it. So, I contacted support since they should have been able to tell me immediately that there was a problem with AI programs, which I now know for a fact was the issue based on talking to others who had issues with other programs relying on AI. Instead, they refused to answer my question and told me to go use Discord even though I told them that I was having a screen reader and Discord problem. So, I requested that my account be deleted and subscription of $20.00 monthly be canceled at the end of my current subscription period while I decided if I wanted to continue to support this business. Instead of doing as I requested, they banned me from using the product instead.
