    They did a complete mess up with my daughter's car from the Accident. They did not have authorization to touch anything. ***** the driver didn't even know what the key looked like. The tow yard refused us from getting the personal belongings after the car was moved. **** the office manager is not customer service by any means, she is unprofessional, rude, and gives out false information. This company has been known to steal peoples personal things and miss handle all issues with cars. I can not honestly believe that they are still in business and more people are not complaining. They should not be allowed to touch peoples things, should not release vehicles that the owner is coming to them to get their things. They should be held to a higher standard and more reasonable. I am extremely ****** off. I don't agree with the towing fee and storage fees of the vehicle as the didn't do the right job of taking care of it. The car was messed with since the time of the accident til the vehicle was seen by the owner. It was part of an accident and should not have been touched. They messed with evidence of the accident and what was in the car at the time of the accident.

    THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT MADE REGARDING $400.00. 

    THIS CUSTOMER SAW THE SIGN WE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE POSTED BY THE *** ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES WE HAVE CONTRACTS WITH. SHE WAS UNWILLING TO EVEN LISTEN TO ANY REASONING AND CONTINUED TO REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH GIVING US THE REQUIRED INFORMATION THAT IS POSTED ON OUR SIGN OUTSIDE OUR OFFICE DOOR. 

    SINCE THE CUSTOMER WAS UNWILLING TO COMPLY TO P.D. CONTRACT STANDARDS OF OPERATIONS AND WOULD NOT GIVE US THE LEGAL OWNERSHIP PAPERWORK TO THE SAID VEHICLE. WE WERE UNABLE TO RELEASE ANY PROPERTY FROM SAID VEHICLE.

    IF THE CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE ABIDED BY THE LEGALITIES SET FORTH IN THE PD CONTRACTS WE WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HAPPY TO OBLIGED HER WITH ANYTHING FROM SUCH VEHICLE. 

    WE TAKE OUR JOBS TO HEART AND DO OUR BEST TO  UPHOLD OUR *** ENFORCEMENT CONTRACTS TO THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARDS.

    THIS BUSINESS WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1961. WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT THIS FAR, FOR THIS LONG, IN THE TOWING BUSINESS BY TREATING PEOPLE POORLY. 

    IM JUST SORRY THE CUSTOMER COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IT WASNT OUR COMPANY NEEDING CORRECT PAPERWORK IN PROPER ORDER, AS MUCH AS, THE POLICE AGENCIES WHO EXPECT US TO HAVE ALL THE PROPER PAPERWORK RECORDED. 

    PLEASE ACCEPT THIS RATHER LONG EXPLANATION OF HOW THIS INCIDENT CAME ABOUT.
