    Moisture Shield underpaid our contractor who performed warranty work which involved replacing defective Moisture Shield deck boards. Moisture Shield accepted the contractors quote without any issues or questions but after the work was completed chose to ignore the requirement of 10k for deck board replacement labor saying the wording was ambiguous but as previously stated no questions were ever asked regarding the quote and it makes absolutely no logical sense that this quote entry was for deck board material that was without question being provided by Moisture Shield per their warranty as described within case *******

    My market place relationship with Moisture Shield is simply one based on me ordering new composite deck boards from this manufacturer thru ********, which is a home building material supplier located in Cullman, AL
