On day of install we asked them (both salesman and the technician) multiple times to leave the A coil so we could recycle it. They then loaded it into the work van and stole it. I had to call the office and speak to a manager tonight have them return an a coil to us (not even ours). We saw a puddle of water under the brand new unit and questioned it. The technician stated that they had spilled water and that’s why it was wet. I forgot to look at it to make sure that it had dried the couple days following install. Then two weeks later I open the door to look and lo and behold there is a stream of water coming from the unit. That water ran under our brand new flooring also and when I called the office to address it, their response was very blasé. “You can leave it in and we’ll have a technician come out anytime between 8-12n tomorrow to look at it”. So they don’t care that the water has been leaking under the floor (laminate) for two weeks and to let the water keep streaming under it until they come out and fix and issue that their technician caused. It was a melted rubber drain line from when they soldered the copper line together in install of unit. They then wrapped the copper line with insulation. Very apparent that the rubber drain line was melted. Horrible customer service and now more damage done to our brand new floors. Possible black mold that we will have to test for now because of the water intrusion. All after having a house rebuilt and just getting back into it after the tornado came through last Memorial Day. Great talking salesman and technicians. Horrible service from both after they got our money.

Anderson Air replaced my AC thermostat for $400, then gave me a $4,500 estimate to replace a warrantee covered compressor that they said was seized due to an electrical surge.
They recommended a full replacement of the system at $20,000 saying the ducting, AC unit etc was installed poorly by another AC company.
$70 capacitor replacement done by a contractor wishing to remain anonymous fixed the entire system.
