      They said they will provide a service and have failed to do so. Keep giving me the run around with bots and emails and don't want to answer my questions

      First Orion respectfully disagrees with *** ****** that First Orion has offered a service to him that it hasn’t provided and that it has been
      giving him the runaround.

      *** ****** has signed up for First Orion’s free service to
      register his business and numbers to reduce the possibility of his numbers
      being tagged as scam or spam.  First
      Orion is the analytics provider for ******** *** and as part of this process
      has confirmed that *** ******’s registered number(s) are not being tagged as scam on the
      ******** network. 

      First Orion, with *** ******’s permission, has shared his
      registration information with the analytics provider for ****, but
      currently does not have the ability to share this information with the
      analytics provider for *******.  It
      appears that based upon *** ******’s calling practices his numbers may be
      occasionally tagged as spam by **** and ******* (First Orion has no direct
      insight into the level of tagging on **** and ******* through the use of
      its free registration service).

      First Orion has provided *** ****** links to contact
      **** and ******* to address his issue. 
      First Orion has also provided *** ****** with a link to **** ******** **** ********* that, if followed, would greatly reduce the possibility of his
      numbers being tagged as spam.

      Because of the number of questions received in this area,
      First Orion does use bots to interface with users reaching out to First
      Orion.  First Orion has records of
      interactions with *** ****** to evidence First Orion's action described above.

      In conclusion, First Orion’s registration service has
      addressed *** ******’s scam tagging issue on ********.  First Orion is unable to, and has not held
      itself out as being able to, resolve *** ******’s spam tagging issue on
      **** and *******.  First Orion has
      assisted *** ****** by referring him to the proper locations to address those
      issues with **** and ******* and **** ******** **** *********, but any
      further action is beyond the control of First Orion.

      I am rejecting this response because: My number is still not showing up as registered and I followed all directions given. First Orion has no done anything to resolve the situation and I am not satisfied with the service provided. They have not done anything my number is still showing as scam likely and spam. My number is a business phone number and 30 to 50 calls are made daily from this number. I work in the insurance field and I have to return calls and reach out to people who have requested information. The amount of calls I make with my number has nothing to do with what they have said. The true issue is that before I had this number it belonged to a transportation company that went under and after they closed scammers or telemarketers used this number when completing robocalls.

      It is unfortunate that First Orion is unable to satisfy *** ******.  As previously stated, as the analytics provider for ********, has verified that *** ******'s number is not being tagged as scam likely on ********. First Orion cannot force **** and ******* (or their analytics providers) to take any action with regard to his numbers, and we have provided him with links to contact them.  The fact that the number *** ****** has was tied to someone with bad calling practices is unfortunate, but if *** ****** follows **** ******** **** *********, as made available to him by First Orion, his spam tagging issue is likely to subside.

      • Did not request or want any of their “services” they provide to anybody
      • Issue: Claim to have my wireless phone number “reported” as “spam. My apartment building door buzzer no longer works because of this. My buzzer is suppose to dial my phone for me to answer to unlock my door. Instead Im am told an automated message my number is spam and refers me to their website to register my number as the owner. Im am not a business of any kind its a private number with Verizon Wireless.
