            If you have AC problems, you might not want to take your car/truck to Henson Look Auto and Tire They told us our truck AC was fixed and it was going to cost $1,050. Then it went out again after a couple of days. They said it was fixed and no charge. It went out again and this time it would be another $800. No refunds or NOTHING. No AC for us now and we've lost $1,000!!! They obviously can't fix the AC the first time and they don't stand behind their quotes!

            ON 6-22-21 INVOICE XXXXX THE 1999 CHEV SILVERADO WAS BROUGHT IN FOR REPAIRS and a complainant of no cooling. the ac system was low 4 oz against 32oz full. customer was advised evaporator was leaking. customer said to recharge system and see if it will old. a estimate of 760 + tax was given

            on 7-2 58945 evaporator was replaced

            on 7-521 58945 the core was leaking
            replaced under warranty at no charge and system pronounced good.

            later 58824 it was brought in for no cooling. this time the seal in the compressor had failed. we had done no work on the compressor.. customer declined repairs at this time
