    On February 8th, 2025, I was referred to Dbk Custom & Apparel by a relative. I placed an order on the merchant's business website for a customized DTF (direct transfer print). Right after making my purchase, and my order was confirmed, I realized that my apartment number was incorrect. I reached out to the merchant to update my address. There was a miscommunication between myself and the merchant, due to the fact that I could only send text messages, but not receive them. A relative reached out to the merchant via phone call from her phone. My relative provided my order number to the merchant, and the merchant stated that my order had been updated. The merchant also sent me an email confirming the order update. After I didnt receive my order, I emailed the merchant and asked if my order had been shipped or if my money had been refunded to me. The merchant replied to my email and stated my order had been shipped. After not receiving my order, I made a final attempt to contact the merchant via email to request a tracking number for my order. However, the merchant didn't respond. To date, I haven't received a confirmation email, confirming that my order was ever shipped, that my money has been refunded to me, neither do I have in my possession what I paid for.

    The customer reached out to let us know she incorrectly put the address on the order. We responded and got the correct address added to the customer's account. We ship thousands of orders a month and we cannot help the Postal Service or UPS Issues. This is the address we corrected on the order the customer sent us. We do have a TAT-turnaround time and the customer's order was shipped within the time frame and filed a claim instantly.

    I am rejecting this response because: I haven't received a tracking number from the merchant regarding the shipment of my order. I have informed delivery through USPS, which alerts me of my incoming mail on a daily basis, and I haven't been alerted by USPS that my package is on the way.
