    I am a fairly new customer to this business and have experienced an issue. Marco's pizza did not meet my expectations. On my second visit to this franchise, I made a complaint to the manager about the overcooked pizza. He replied that it was normal and did not offer any assistance in rectifying it. It wasn't like that the very first time I ordered from this business! It was incredibly frustrating, especially since the manager didn’t seem to care about my experience. That wasn't “normal", it was poor quality control. The pizza was greasy, the pepperoni was crunchy, the cheese was scarce, and despite my order of double pizza sauce, there wasn't much sauce on it. This was both unacceptable and a disaster. My family had to endure low-quality food and were unable to enjoy it as intended. In addition, I requested the proper online takeout receipt, not the merchant's copy, but the manager did not understand my inquiry, even after I showed him how it was supposed to look. I was hoping to become a devoted and committed customer of this business, but the chances are slim. It is important for customers to feel valued and not treated as second-class citizens.

    I received a response from Marco's Pizza on ***** **** at 10:33 A.M. The owner reached out to me to discuss the incident that occurred. A satisfactory resolution was given to me.
