    In July i had the transmission replaced in my car. The Friday I picked in up I called and left a message complaining that my car was not driving right. I was back up there Monday talking to Brooke and complaining that my car was not driving right. She said someone drove it and it was driving fine ( It was not). I was back there talking to Brooke on the **** of August once again complaining that my car was not driving right. She said they drove it was driving fine and that the transmission mount could be replaced. At the end of August I was back again complaining. I talked to Alan this time. Not sure of the workers name but this time he actually listened to me and my concerns. He drove the car multiple times and came back saying he found a issue with my transmission. He said the transmission was slipping. Alan had the front talk to me about a trade in. When we said we were going to keep this car he said he would order the new transmission right away. We were told we would not have to pay again ( being we just paid to have replaced a month ago). I have tried reaching out for two/three weeks with no success. He finally called me today(September 15th) talking about the warranty was no good and i would have to pay for another transmission if I wanted to replace it and fix the problem. I refuse

    Melissa a worker at **** which is inside the ByRider building, according to Melissa the two have no affiliation with the other and it is because of this, that I question the integrity of this company. I was told when I bought the car if anything goes wrong with it to bring it to them to have them service it no questions asked. Our air condition was in the process of going out for 3 weeks and we have called for 3 straight weeks, making our payments in the process, and trying to get someone to return our call so we could get it fixed, and no one has called or attempted to call back to even help us. Missed a payment to see if we could get some attention on our car and the name mentioned above was the most unpleasant, rude, trifling person I've ever met that represents the company. If you can avoid it , Never I repeat Never get a car from them if you can help it. They will not fix it or will give you the run around, demand payments while you try to figure out how to get the problem fixed and make you that much more frustrated in the process.
