    I booked on-line through *********** for the Quality Inn-Opelika, AL for 3 nights. I arrived *********. I checked out the next morning due to the room being FILTHY! I showed the pictures to the front desk person (Sherry), she apologized and said she would credit my card and that *********** should be also notified so they fully credit my card. I called *********** the same morning and they stated they would contact the hotel for verification and the process would take 2-3 Days. Today, ********, I still do not have a credit on my card. I called *********** again, they stated Quality Inn has not responded to the emails. I called the Quality Inn and they stated only the owner, Radhika ***** has access to the emails and she couldn't tell me when the owner would be in as she does not keep regular hours. It appears either *********** or Quality Inn are not helping in returning the funds to my credit card as it appears I am being bounced between the two entities. I need my credit card refunded for the two nights and any fees charged for cancelation. The room was so filthy, they really should refund all my money.
