On July *** 2022, the company sent an someone to provide a quote for the job I needed done. Quote was acceptable and agreed upon after comparing to other quotes obtained. Crew arrived ********** to complete the job. The crew and the estimator was advised to use the current hardware because I had it refurbished. Job completed. At first glance and in a rush, everything looked in order. After returning from my trip I observed the gate pulls had not been reinstalled nor were they left on the property. I contacted the estimator, James B. (estimator) via phone and text to inform him. He responded that he would get someone down as soon as possible to install the pulls. Hired company via contractor list. On *********** I was contacted by the List. They reached out to the owner, Donald P. He returned my call and said he would "be down tomorrow" which would have been *********** Needless to say, he didn't show or call. I texted him and he changed his story to say he said, " I'll try to make it down that way and I'm still trying". Heard nothing more from him. He has not answered a text I sent on Wednesday *********** however; he read the text according to the alert on my phone. The List representative contacted me that same evening informing me that she had left messages for him to contact them and he had not at the time we spoke. Since my initial request to have the gate pulls returned or installed, the main gate had warped since it rained. There's a gap between the gate and retaining wall. The gate drags against driveway when opening it. Photos of these issues were texted to the estimator, James B. and the owner Donald P. Neither responded to the those text but my notifications showed they opened the texts. I want my gate pulls which are my property. I want them to do the job paid for correctly using better product (used subpar pine which is splintering) than what they installed or refund my monies.
