    This company DOES NOT take care of their drivers. They patch those ragedy trucks up, fuel cards dont work, and not paying proper breakdown pay. And to top it off how the h*** does a company pay by cash app??? Whats going on? Are they going bankrupt or what? This is not how a company should be ran. That dont deserve a star!

    This is not a customer review! It appears to be a family member of a previous employee. In response to their comments, we have 2020 or newer trucks, with most 2021 or newer,  and we are one of the few trucking companies I'm aware of that pays a min pay as well as breakdown pay anytime the truck is down. We do our best to take care of our drivers, especially when they are doing all they are supposed to do and things occur out of their control to take care of them. As for the payroll, again, we try to go above and beyond to take care of our drivers. When our software nacha file that uploads to the bank had issues, we absolutely sent cash app to our drivers that were impacted in order to prevent them having to wait several days to get their pay. We try our best to make sure issues never occur, but when they do, we go the extra mile to do all we can to handle the issues proactively and with the drivers needs first. We aren't perfect, as no one is, but we try to make our mistakes a learning opportunity.

    Only reason they are getting one star is because I have too. From day one my husband has had issues with his paycheck being deposited. His last paycheck was supposed be deposited by 5pm on Friday. Its Tuesday and still nothing. He has also had issues with his fuel card not working when it should. He was delayed delivering an important military load because the fuel card didnt work. He has also had issues with things on the truck not being fixed in a timely manner. This is totally unacceptable.

    I got a load back in February 2024 and call them in May about the payment. When I receive payment4 months later it came to be a bad check and when call them again politely not mad understanding things happen the sent an other check can back bad AGAIN the bank charge me for this .. call them & spoke with someone and speaking with multiple people & multiple emails with CC attached w/ the owner and no answers on the emails and call. Just asking for updates nothing on their part. I paid this load out of pocket to the driver from ***** to ******** a Military load and Now after 7mo. My phone calls dont even go threw.
