    I live in a newer community off of Old Railroad Bed in *******, **************. My recycling pickup is supposed to be the third Friday of the month. My recycling was not picked up on time in June, July, and now in August. They have completely missed our neighborhood for recycling pickup for three months in a row now. I called in June, after it wasnt picked up. After jumping through hoops and calling multiple times, I was finally able to get my recycling picked up on 07/03, almost two weeks late. The regular July pickup was missed (07/18) again. I called, and called, and after begging it was picked up around 08/06. The next scheduled pickup was 08/15. I called today and we were missed yet again. A new work order has been submitted with no timeline of pickup. This is irresponsible of the business as my tax dollars must help pay for this service somewhere along the way. Any time I call, I am told that they are under new management and to just leave my bin out at the curb and they will pick it up ASAP, with no real timeline to do so. It is often at least a week with multiple phone calls to get it picked up. For three months in a row now. I am told that they are using 7 year old maps and to be patient. I dont feel that this is a good business practice and our neighborhood should not be being missed for three months in a row, especially when they know it is a documented problem. I also know for a fact that one of my neighbors has called before as well. This should be corrected and we should get picked up on our scheduled date like everyone else. I live in an ************* and these HOAs can fine you for leaving your bin out and the homeowner shouldnt have to pay for the irresponsibility of this company.

    They were delivering recycling bins to my neighbor and destroyed my brick mailbox with the delivery truck. It has been three months since the incident and no action has been taken by the company. They only replied to my phone or text a few times since. It took 1.5 months for them to give me a temporary mail box. They say to meet at my house so the contractor can discuss the job and nobody shows up. We have taken off work to meet and we are wasting my paid time off. Every time I call they act surprised about my issue and act concerned but take no action.
