T.J international was hired to fix my Sunroof in my Cadillac CTS. They indeed fixed the leak in my Sunroof but while doing so broke my Headrest and electronic casing. I spoke to the owner several times as did my son and he stated time and time again that he was going to fix it or replace it. It has been 2 months and he has not done anything. He continues to tell us the same thing. He said he ordered the part to fix but for some reason they keep sending him the wrong part. Again it's been 2 months and I still have no driver side headrest and the components in my vehicle is still broken. I paid alot of money immediately to get my Sunroof fixed with no problem but after identifying and showing the owner what had happened I still have not had any resolution. When we went to go pick up the vehicle the owner walked outside with us because we wanted to make sure the Sunroof worked correctly. When we got in the car we saw that the headrest and electrical box had been broken. The owner saw this and stated he will fix it and take care of it. It has not been fixed or taken care of yet. We continue to get excuses.
