We have reached out to you ******************** to speak on this matter. Looking back through all of your invoices you were only charged one deductible. On invoice number 8147 that you have a copy of it shows the labor that was performed noting that the warranty work was approved and a $200 deductible will apply. Since you had to pick the camper up before all work was completed, you paid for labor owed, and a couple of misc. parts that were used that was not covered under your warranty. When you brought the Rv back the warranty work, and recall work was preformed. You were then charged the $200 deductible on invoice 8469. We do not take deductible payments until that work is completed.Review fromL D.
