Great white roll off and recycling refuses to pick up our garbage can. Claims that the road is not drive able and has never came down our road to service. That is a lie. The road is drivable, he has come down it every week and turns around in the cul-de-sac. No one is blocking the road when he comes down in the mornings because everyone is either at school or at work. They charge way too much money $100 and then makes everyone pull their heavy garbage can to the main highway even if you're not able physically or mentally. The only explanation of not picking up our trash is that it was an out and send send a picture of an email of the street at an angle where you can't see our road and no one is able to prove to the company that it is indeed drivable down our road. This company is trash. If your driver can't drive a truck, just say that. Get someone who can, we pay a lot of money to live in a house to get our trash picked up on our curb. It is not like we are the only house on this road or that it's a driveway. Our can could be stolen, damaged, and physically not able to be pulled to the main highway that is dangerous and they've already said that they will not be liable.

The "Customer information" provided is not the customer information we have on record. Also, the address that this complaint is referring to is located on a "private drive". The contract we hold with the county states we are only supposed to pick up cans on County maintained roads. Customers on private drives are to bring their cans to the main road for pickup.

Great White trash service is new to the area I live in **************. I take my own trash to landfill and Great White trash service is attempting to force me to have service with them. I do not want or need trash service! On 1/10/2023 at 4:30pm the Great White trash service that took over **************** contract drove up my long gravel driveway to my house. They saw my two trash cans I have outside and started emptying one of them into their trash truck. Keep in mind my trash cans were up by my house and not at the street. I went outside to ask, what they were doing since I do not have service with them. Since I didnt catch the driver of the trash trucks name I will refer to him as the driver. The driver a middle aged white bald man stated that they have our address on a list that had trash service through ****************. He said it is an older list and might not be up to date. I said we used to have service but canceled it and started taking our trash to the **** county landfill. The driver then said it is against the law for me to take my own trash to the landfill, that it is a state law. I could get arrested and fined over it. He said look it up online! I tried looking it up and can find no mention of it anywhere! I then said *** been going to the **** county landfill for close to two years and never once had an issue or heard of this state law. The employees that work at the landfill have never mentioned anything about it either. I pay and then dump my trash without issue or question. The driver then said I have no choice but to call the number on the side of his truck to setup trash service. I asked how much is the service and he said $29.99 a month! I told him Im not interested in trash service since I do it myself. He then said if I decide not to do business with Great White trash service, he will come and take my trash cans away. I told him the trash cans are not his that they came with the house when I purchased it. I use them to haul trash in the back of my truck to the landfill. He said when he took over **************** contract he purchased all the industrial trash cans in the area including mine. I told the driver that **************** already collected their trash can when service was cancelled. I was told to leave it by the street, so I did. They came and got it. Neither one of the trash cans I have and use, have **************** printed on them! So Im not sure where he is getting the idea they are his property and he can take them.My issue is with the tactics Great White ********************************** LLC, use to drum up business. They tell lies and make threats to gain customers. Willing to steep so low to threaten to steal trash cans that are clearly not theirs. I refuse to do business with them or pay their rates for trash service when I can do it myself!
