  My daughter was visiting ************,******* for her 21st birthday and left her car in ******* parking lot for less than 2 hours when her car was towed. She called around and found out who towed the car and contacted them. They asked if she was wanting to pick it up right then and my daughter replied in the next hour or so (at 10:49) she also sent another text at 10:56. She got no reply and drove all the way to the ***** location because she wasnt told otherwise. A man came out screaming at her and telling her that its not at that location and that the girl sent her the address which she did not. At 11:24 she finally received a text with the location of the car. I called and told them that was ridiculous that they didnt give her the address and she said my daughter didnt give her time to send her a text back. So apparently 35 minutes is not sufficient time. I think we should get a discount for having to drive 40 minutes one way because of their negligence. She told me that if my daughter wasnt there in 20 minutes, she was leaving. They have got to be the rudest business people we have ever encountered. No my daughter shouldnt have left her car in the parking lot that had tow signs but that isnt the point. We were charged $210 and were willing to pay it but having to drive so far out of the way is ridiculous and then having to deal with jerks is even worse. Oh and they only accept cash. **** wonder if this income is reported. My daughters had a cop meet them there because who knows how the girl would act in person. They got there before the cop and called her to let her know they wouldnt get out until he arrived. Terrible business!

  This business is possibly involved with people working at local ***** ******** condominiums and maybe others. We were told verbally to park our extra vehicle by the local *******, when we went to pick the vehicle up the next day it had been towed. I went in to ask the ******* mgr. about it and he told me it along with many others were towed each day and had a stack of Kings Towing telephone numbers made on the ******* printer. I called and they said they would meet me in 1 hour and to bring( $260 cash only) to receive my vehicle. I asked for a receipt, he would not give one and told me they would text it told my number, I never received it. I paid then went to the mgr. at ***** ********, she told me the clerk should never tell anyone to park at ******* because they had an over flow lot. After searching for almost an hour we found the overflow lot behind some trees. The clerk also told us it was $55 per night to park our extra vehicle at the condo. Beware of going to these beach destinations, we had a similar experience in *********** 15 years ago.

  This business is completely unprofessional and rude! Our car was towed by them while on vacation. We all were frantically calling to find our vehicle and ended up on the phone with them on two separate lines. The man who answered was very agitated and rude to us due to that. We cut down to one line and apologized, but he continued to yell at us and tell us the price we pay depends on our attitude. We played nice to get our vehicle back which was in a sketchy private lot with barely any other vehicles in it. After receiving the car, I called to try to get a number to corporate or a bureau and the owner provided me with neither. The owner continuously asked me what the issue was and I tried to speak to someone else but he would not allow it. Come to find out we were dealing with the owner the entire time and his brother. He told us all the stories about what they have been dealing with other rude customers and implied that excused their behavior. He was not apologetic and after I told him what happened he refused to speak to us and told us to call the police. Unfortunately, this is a not a lawful matter but ethics matter and the police can do nothing for us. We dont want our money back, wed just like to see some action taken against this incredibly disgusting business.

  This comment is from someone that was parked illegal. 32 signs in the parking lot. They didn't or couldn't read one if them to not park in this lot. The owner of the parking lot called us out to tow cars. People get mad cuss us out on the phone if we return the favor they make out like they are angels and we cuss them only. This one was extremely mad and upset they had to pay to get their ride out of impound. Cheapest rates in the area. All rates are set by the city of ************
