      This business has always notified us of the yearly termination inspection in a short time frame. Always the night before they come out .they never specify what time . It would be nice to have more than a days notice when they come out to do the inspection. I cant just change my schedule for the ************** someone needs to be there to unlock the house for the indoor termite inspection. Im not given time to plan for it. Sometimes I get charged before the inspection is done.

      In the future I would want at least more than a day before notice that the termite inspector is coming over to my property.At least notify me a week before the inspection

      I signed up for pest control service with this company in August 2022. At the time that I signed up for service, I provided this company with my credit card information, and I authorized a one-time charge to my credit card for the initial service. I did not sign-up, opt-in, or grant ********** for automatic monthly payments. Instead, I have been making my monthly payments manually since signing up for the service in August of last year. On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, this company used my credit card information that I had used to begin service with them and charged $90 on my credit card without my ********** or authorization. I immediately called the company after receiving an email that my card had been charged to ask them why was my card charged without my ********** or authorization? I spoke with a woman named ***** who told me that she had called me earlier and left a message on my voicemail that if I didn't call them back by 4pm that she was going to charge my card. I told her that is a lie because my voicemail has been full for the past 2 years so no one can leave a message on my voicemail. I also told her that regardless of whether I called her back or not, she still did not have my ********** or authorization to charge my credit card at her leisure and that is against the law. I told her that my money needed to go back on my card within 24 hours or that I was going to escalate the situation. She told me that she would remove my credit card from their file but that she didn't know if they would be able to refund me the money that they took off of my card.
