    we lease the property *********************************************************************** for driving school office from 05/-1/2024 to 05/01/2025. We deposit $800 and first month $580 to CK Property Management with ********* **********. During the lease period, our business was damaged and lost income because ********* represent for the land lord did not let us put our business sign on the property business sign as she promised from the beginning. she just put our business sign on one sign of it. The office was broke in and damaged by the burglar and she refused to fix them on her side. We still have our sign on one side of the property business sign only and hard to keep up with *** requirements and business. We have to end the business and returned the office to her. After finished her request to clean and removed our signs. she still noy refund the deposit to us and keep ignore our calls and messages. I went to the property many times to see her but she not there most of the time. During the lease period whole year, she ignored our request to talk with her by phone and text messages and in person many time, just sent us the reminder for monthly lease payment. The lease ended in May 01, 2025 but she keep ignore to contact us to collect more money for extent time. We need her to refund our deposit asap and zelle the refund to our account with phone number **********. thanks for helping us
