    On June 16, 2025, my wife and I contacted our insurance company to get our car towed to a local mechanic. The company used by the insurance company was Xtreme Roadside. After several hours, the company, Xtreme Roadside, never came, We called our insurance company to inform them; however, to our surprise, Xtreme Roadside had closed the roadside assistance claim as if the task had been completed and had taken the funds from our insurance company. This is a blatant form of insurance fraud. We believe this company should be investigated for this instance, as they seem too comfortable doing such.

    On Tuesday, July 18th Extreme Towing towed my car and despite AAA being on the phone with them and telling them at I did not have to pay anything, they charged me $14.00 to tow my car. AAA will reimburse me but Extreme Towing refuses to give me a receipt. I have contacted them on Wednesday, July 19th, Thursday, July 20th, Friday, July 21st and Monday, July 24th. but still no receipt. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in obtaining a receipt. Thank you.

    I tried to respond to your message on the BBB website but it would not allow me.  I have not heard from the company and want to continue with my complaint so that maybe this will not happen to any one else.

    I am rejecting this response because I paid Extreme Towing the $14.00 in cash, so he needs to give me a receipt for what I paid in order to submit to AAA for reimbursement.
