    The boss of e&d " field crew" is a huge bully. Gets into people's faces calls them names and continuously treats them like garbage. Hes smokes marijuana all day on the job and driving trucks smoking as well and when the main boss ***** smells the trucks. The crew gets blamed for what he does. He sells drugs to employees as well and continues to constantly treat people badly. For example" he got in my face over 1 piece of shredded lettuce in my lap in the truck screaming at the top of his lungs and calling me names and spitting in my face as he screamed. He is a huge narcissistic person and then when other bosses comes around he acts normal. They have lost several people on the crew due to ******* the scaffolding field boss. Treating people he dont like..like they are trash. Puts them off onto a spanish crew because he dont like them and then works them to death when he does need them. I have been in the hospital 2 times for cramping up and working me so hard to the point I cant breathe and still making me work and not letting me catch my breath . Several times on several different occasions I have almost fell out and he laughed at me. Others that he likes, he treats them like a king. Puts them in ac to cool them down and helps them through it People like me which there are others as well that can attest to this. Don't get that treatment. He laughs at them and threatens to fire them. I really want this guy stopped. He gave me a promotion and 2 weeks later I made a mistake and every since he treated me horribly. Thank you!
