  I took my car to hallmark with an issue with my car rattling they determined it was my lifters and camshaft.. $6308 I also paid $731 out of pocket they had my car about 3 weeks .. after I got my car back they punctured a hose and tried to rig it up which caused my car to run hot maybe 2 weeks past my car was rattling again I reached out to hallmark they agreed to fix the issue this time they kept my car about 4 weeks during the time they initiated a claim through my warranty company without me confirming I knew because my warranty company sent me a text , they filed a claim for radiator (which I already had replaced a few months before taking to hallmark) they also replaced a oil pan gasket ( neither one had anything to do with the camshaft or lifters) also I have a bad oil leak now I reached out to hallmark to resolve the issue today they are refusing to fix my car in fact the manager over the repair shop hung up on me because i mentioned seeking legal help ( only because they kept telling me it wasnt their fault)now my car is worse than when I took it to them very loud I also had diagnoses done and the reports are coming back with an issue with the camshaft lifters and oil leak.

  A Big Ripoff. Suppose to fix my brake lights only, they wouldnt come on. He said they must keep my car overnight even though I had arrived at 11:30 am for 12:pm appointment. When I picked up the car the next day I was charged $733 for labor, $123 for 1 brake light switch, 1 switch ****-ASSY, 2 rubber stopper for brake petal that he said was missing. I asked the clerk if all the replacement parts was for the brake lights and he said yes. I found out later after researching the parts online that this was a lie. I only needed 1 brake light switch, the rest had nothing to do with the brake lights. Plus now my high/low beam level switch doesnt work the same anymore, this involves the **** replacement part that I didnt need. Mines was working just fine. I notice the different when I picked up the car. I am very disappointed with this company. I called and talked to the person that wrote up my car repairs and asked about the **** replacement, he said the mechanic said it was sticking but I said that had nothing to do with the brake lights. He ask me to come back and talk to the mechanic. I declined, why talk about why he did something he wasnt suppose to do. I want nothing more to do with the company. Definitely would never recommend their service unless you want to get RIPPED OFF.
