I ordered delivery for my husband and I from Eddie's Calzones in Auburn for lunch on ******** for the amount of $26.54. I received a call 20 minutes later from the store and was told that she was the only one working and she did not have a delivery driver. I stated that I understood and asked for a refund or a cancellation of my order. She stated she didn't know how to do that. I asked for a manager and was told she didn't know when they would be in but to try after 4pm. I emailed management per the website. No response. I went into the store this evening to see about refunding. It was a different person working and they were alone. I was rudely told they don't do refunds, I explained the situation and he continued to say they didn't offer refunds and stated the problem is nobody wants to work. He said my info is at the store but didn't know when it would be handled or if it would be. I left the store. I came home and saw online all of the horrible reviews of this restaurant refusing to refund. If they cannot provide the service I'm paying for they should be refunding. They knew they had no driver, they shouldn't be accepting online delivery orders.
