    I'm giving the Grove at Auburn one star simply because I can't give them zero. DO NOT LIVE HERE. These people are scammers and will charge you through the nose for a crappy apartment. Thin walls, stained carpet, scuffed walls, wobbly useless furniture. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING WITH TIMESTAMPS and be prepared for an uphill battle when they send you the bill after move out. They charged myself and my two roommates a $500+ bill each for damages that were from previous tenants as well as for the wobbly furniture (that was wobbly at move in). They don't charge a security deposit but they'll turn you in to a debt collector if you don't pay. Final bill said someone would reach out within 72hrs if I had any disputes--this is a lie. No one reached out and they ignored my calls. This tells me they're used to people just paying the bill to move on. If you like getting a decent nights sleep--do not live here. This place is full of young, frat students that like to chuck furniture out their windows at 3am. There were condoms strewn along the sidwalks and trash left on the stairs. Do not be fooled by the swanky tour and nice pool--it's a charade. LOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
