              On April 11, Water Wagon attempted to make a delivery at our home. The driver backed up the driveway with the truck pointed downhill and with the back wheels on hardpack. When I suggested I could move a vehicle so he could get the back wheels on clear asphalt, he declined but threw the truck chains under the body of the truck. After he connected the hose to our tank and turned on the water, the truck began to slide, without the driver at the wheel, down our driveway and hit a tree and knocked it over. The hose took out the railing on our back deck, damaged the water pipe threading and sheared the 2x12 riser that holds up the back deck stairs. The ******** ******** came to dislodge the truck from the tree and told us everything would be repaired when the snow melted. Without permission, Water Wagon removed the tree (which would have been swan and split for firewood and was taken without permission) within a week or so. No repairs have been made.
