    Around May of 2024, I brought in my gaming cartridge to be resoddered. This is a fairly simple process, and shouldnt take that long (maybe just a couple of hours). It took about 6 months before the business was able to even TELL me what was wrong with my cartridge. Instead of going through the repair, I decided to ask for my gaming cartridge back. They said they would notify me once they find it. Its been two months since then, and they still have not located it, as such, I am not able to pick up my own property. Come to find out that this is a very common occurrence with them, Ive read reviews from others and have spoken with other people who say they bring their item in for repair, and the item is NEVER returned to them. The business is essentially taking items in for repair, NEVER repairing them, and keeping the items for whatever reason. Ive attached photos of reviews for reference, the business still has peoples items from over 2 years ago.

    I am currently working on clearing my workshop and locating the game the customer had mentioned. Which is what I had previously told this customer, unfortunately I did run into several issues at my workshop that caused major delays due to the collapse of several warehouse shelves that I was using. As I clear my workshop I am reaching out to customers to return their products fully repaired and at no charge to them or have been reaching out to customers to offer a replacement product. This is no different for this customer, the moment I have his cartridge available I have a notice in my computer to reach out right away and return his game cart as is, which I have full intention of doing, it does not benefit me in any way, shape, or form to purposefully keep products from customers, this was an accident that had occurred that I am doing what I can to resolve.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    its been around 9 months since they lost my cartridge. I want my cartridge back. It is ridiculous that it is taking so long for them to find it. I will not be satisfied until I get MY copy of the game back and found. It shouldnt take this long to find something.
