    The company came to my house was there 6 hours. Had to leave 3 times to get parts. Said he would be back the next day to finish the job. Hasnt called me back or returned my texts. Told me i could not use my appliance. Left all the c*** from vent out on my driveway. And still After 48 hours still no contact from him.

    We take all customer concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to provide clarity regarding this situation.
    ******* ******* contacted us for a standard dryer vent cleaning service. Upon inspection, it became clear that the dryer vent was not just clogged, but physically disconnected inside the walls or ceilingan issue that falls outside standard cleaning and requires a structural repair.
    Despite explaining this to *******, we still spent 6 hours troubleshooting, attempting every possible method, and even left to retrieve specialized tools to assist further. We communicated the challenges and the necessary next steps clearly. However, due to his hostile behavior and misrepresentation of the situation, we ultimately decided to discontinue service at his property.
    At no point did we avoid communication or fail to follow throughour decision not to return was based on the misalignment of expectations and his unwillingness to acknowledge the reality of the issue.
    We stand by our commitment to honest, professional service and remain dedicated to helping customers with legitimate ********************** vent cleaning and maintenance needs.

     I am disputing the response from the owner. The actual timeline is from the course of the evening the company came to my property. ***** arrived around 230ish. He was working on the inside of the vent.Around 4ish he said that it was clogged and he would need to look into it with a camera. The camera was not a professional one nor a commercial one; it was on his phone and it was barely visible. He then claimed he found the problem and we would need to cut into my wall. Ironically he had my property managers number in his phone he said he has worked for them before. After getting approval that my HOA would be responsible for the vent to get replaced he left saying he needed a tool. Its now about 6 and is he back at my house.I am now thinking does he know what hes doing, During this time  he had no resolution. We were even going to use his friend to do the repair w my sheet rock since our rapport was going so well. He attempted to go outside to the exterior vent and said it was clogged from a bird's nest. Around this time I had a friend stop by and was hanging out with me in the living room and overheard the entire conversation at the end of our meeting. ***** the owner said he was coming the next day to use a 181lb psi air compressor tool that blows in the opposite direction which  is blowing the objects out of the vent. He said he would call me around 12pm the next day. Before he left he wanted to look in my bathroom to see if the vent ran in the bath room which it did not. We then chatted more about some repair work and he stated we will get that all fixed when we do the dryer vent. He then proceeded to put his shoes on and shake my hand and tell me it was a pleasure meeting me and we would chat the next day. Never was there any hostility. Never was there any aggression or disrespect. To read that in the response was appalling. If you would like a letter from my friend that is not a problem. When i called him and texted him then next day he immediately sent me to an automated response
