      I see why they have horrible reviews. Their ENTIRE customer service is horrible. Doesn't matter what dept it is they SUCK! Should have checked reviews before I placed an order. Just trying to cancel order and get a refund is ridiculous. Will NEVER, EVER order from this dead beat company again.

      Customer placed order on 4/24. Products are in stock and were being transferred from another warehouse to ship together from our South Carolina location. Customer called on 4/28 and indicated that they wanted the items and did not want to cancel since items were in stock. Customer then called again on 5/2 to cancel the order and requested a refund. Refund was issued today 5/3.

      Actually that's not true. I called on 4/28 to cancel the order, which I did. However, the customer service representative I spoke with called my phone back twice to inform the order was in the process of being shipped and asked if I still wanted it. I agreed to move forward because of that. I waited a few days, checked the status and nothing has changed. I have a business and needed the order to get my products out. But due to this company's FALSE claims of shipping my order out I had to go elsewhere to purchase. Maybe if u train your employees in customer service skills and Best Business Practices you will get favorable reviews!

      Lied about items "in stock" twice. Finally after two weeks of lies admitted, "having trouble with supplier". (i.e. they never had it in stock) My order #****** The South Carolina BBB gave them an A+. They should read their own reviews.

      Verified that product indicated online to "Chat for Current Lead Time" this was also included on the order confirmation to the customer. Customer ordered on 1/2/23 and was sent a backorder notification on 1/3/23 and again on 1/6/23 with an estimated lead time. We offered the customer an in stock replacement with the same measurements but they declined and canceled their order. We encourage customers to contact us about lead times if they require an item ASAP.

      Their ad keeps popping up and when I click on the item, the price is totally different then advertised. Classic bate and switch!! At one point, the price was low but I never ordered bc it was too good to be true and also bc I've read all the reviews here. They probably never send me the products. Stay away from this sketchy scammers.

      I placed an order on Nov 17, 2022. After 2 weeks, I wrote to the company on Dec 3, 2022 to ask about the standing of shipment, or delay — anything. I have not heard back from anyone at the company regarding my order. Today, Dec 7, 2022. I called and never got to speak with a live person. I am officially cancelling this order. Do not send the product and do not charge my credit card. You need to work on your customer service. If there is a delay, then let them know. I am forwarding this email to the Better Business Bureau.

      I placed an order on February 28th 2022, on March 14th 2022 I called and was told that my order was cancelled however I never received an email regarding this cancellation. I spent $1500 on this order and to have no communication on the matter is completely unprofessional. I will no longer purchase from this company moving forward.

      Worst customer service ever. Save your money and aggravation and shop elsewhere. Have been trying since November to get my order and I give up. No return phone calls as promised, no responses to emails, customer service is non existent

      I am more than glad I read everyone's bad experiences with these shysters. I'm sorry they had to learn the hard way. I got a feel for what to expect when no one called me back after leaving email and phone messages. I smelled a rat when I finally got thru to someone. Definitely keeping my credit card in my wallet and moving on. These clowns need a spanking! Hopefully BBB throws out a big red flag on their operation.
