              In August 2023 I canceled the lease for the 60 gallon gas tank. They kept on sending reminders of balance doo. The gas tank was finely removed, but I did not get a receipt or any conformation of the amount of gas in the tank. Since I was on autodelverie I kept the tank full did not use any gas since 2021. After multiple visits to the store and promises of payment of the gas I finely got a Work order dated 10.9. 2023 on which they stated the tank was 80% full. On the last visit 2.19. 2024 I was told that the matter would be resolve no later than Friday 3. 1. 2024, but I did not receive anything. Please help me bringing this matter to conclusion.               I have never seen such a disregard for an elderly person's welfare and general bad business practices. I moved into housing that utilizes Freeman gas for heat and cooking. The people I bought the property from said I could have the gas remaining in the tank. Then a month later when the first cold temps hit I found I had no heat because Freeman had come by and locked out the gas tank. When the temp inside hit 57 degrees I went out and bought an electric heater. It took several days to get Freeman to come out and rehook up the gas. They also said they would install a tank monitor so they would know when the tank was low so I didn't think I needed to check the tank. I found out no tank monitor was installed when I ran out of gas Christmas morning. Luckily a handy friend knew enough to be able to hook up a 20 lb. *** tank and then a second to get me heat for the several days it took Freeman to refill the tank. Now i have someone to monitor the tank and they called over 10 days ago to let Freeman know the tank was nearing empty again and was told it would be 7 to 10 days to get a refill. The tank ran out of gas again last night and I had no heat. Again I'm running on a 20 lb. *** tank waiting for a refill. I will definitely be switching gas companies once heating season is over.
