I called to explain my current situation hoping for assistance as this was my last resort. I spoke with several people who all were extremely rude and exhibited the poorest of customer service which seems to be typical with this company. I requested a supervisor as was transferred to the least helpful representative Kate whose only concern was to document everything is said as i could hear her banging on the keyboard keys while I was speaking and once I was was done speaking immediately tells me their is nothing they can do. I asked for someone else so she rudely transfers me over and says she is away from her desk. When I let her know that I would hold she ends the conversation and rejects my calls when I made another attempt. So I then get a call from Stacy (also very rude) who clearly had no intention on offering any assistance whatsoever and only made it seem as if I was financially irresponsible for not being to pay a bill that is triple what I would normally pay. Why jack up the cost of this service and rely on scamming charities to cover the cost of these overpriced bills? As a result of the unsympathetic and demeaning practices in which were forced upon me I incurred another $300 hotel room bill just to avoid my children and i having to endure the record breaking heat in which this company cares nothing about only 2 days from payday!!! I cannot understand why this company is able to completely drain its longtime customer who pay their bill every month all while speaking to us like they owe us no respect even though accept our payment every month. It seems that because they are aware that this is the only company servicing our area they are comfortable bullying us customers into accepting whatever conditions they would like us to. I believe charitable funds should be reserved for those whom are absolutely in need not to cater to the greed and bad policies. These employees are scripted to say anything to get you off their line and will ultimately blame you.
