      Would not ever use them again. Ordered a sewn carpet on March 26, 2023, send me some set that wasn't even close to fitting my car, received it on April 20 almost a month later. Contacted them as soon as arrived and was told Lucas in manufacturing would call me on April 26. Lucas said he would send me a new carpet set and yardage if the set wasn't the rite fit. Waited until May 5 and nothing was shipped. That was the day I requested a full refund. Received a shipping label and the sent the incorrect set back that day. On May 9 UPS tracking verified they had received the return. Hearing nothing, I contacted them again on May 15, was told they had to verify the return that had been there since May 9. On May 16 I finally received my refund. Seven weeks of wasted time and effort.

      I purchased a gray carpet for a ** ************* project. Fit was decent did trim alot off but that was ok was happy with it so stored in my garage till I had time to finish. Well 7 or 8 months later when I open door I saw carpet had faded to brown. When I contacted seller they said since it was over a year old they would not replace it. Carpet was never washed or ever in the sun so why did it fade? They said they would sell me a new one at a discount but why would I buy another that might also fade? So nothing was done about it so I guess I will use my 25yr old carpet that never faded. Good luck to future customers

      I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction, but with the carpet installed and it has been installed for a good while. We cannot tell why it changed colors. Our carpets do not normally have any fade issues, unless there was a chemical used on it or it was left out in direct sunlight. I am very sorry, but at this point there is no way to know why this happened.

      Left a negative review on their survey so naturally they have not posted it. Filled out all the necessary information for my vehicle and what I got was an oversized universal carpet with a foot pad where the gas and brake pedals are (driver side). Carpet had to be cut just to get in the vehicle to start sizing it. Keep in mind, you assume you are filling out all the vehicle information so you get a cut to match carpet for your vehicle. That's not what happens, you get an oversize carpet for YOU to modify. I paid extra for the mass backing and while it mightve been helpful with road noise, the mass backing prevents your door trim from being reinstalled. If you have zero experience with upholstery of any kind, do NOT buy this product. It is not molded and cut to your vehicle as advertised. I would expect to do some slight trimming, but a foot off the rear and at least 8-10 inches on the front and sides is insane. Like I said, you have to trim quite a bit off just to get it to flatten out correctly to even start fitting it. If you look at the return policy and whats expected, they basically put the blame on you and charge you for the return. BAD PRODUCT, DO NOT BUY, ITS NOT VECHICLE SPECIFIC AND YOU WILL BE DOING ALL THE LEG WORK TO MAKE IT FIT Oh, I never have filed a complaint with the BBB until I purchased this product, thats how infuriated and disappointed I am. I probably wouldnt be here filing this complaint either if they had responded and/or at least posted my negative review. The other reviews here share my frustration and you can see they take no ownership for the mistake and rather blame the customer. BTW, your name is Stock Interior which is misleading because they are not even close to being "stock" "OEM" or whatever term you want to use to get out of poor workmanship.

      I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. This is the first correspondence with this customer since the order was placed. As long as the carpet has not been cut, we will accept the product back for a full refund. Our carpets are considered after market and are not OEM. The carpets are molded for the specific vehicle you order for, but we do not do any cuts and the carpets are over sized. I will email you some return instructions today.

      Below is the response to my complaint.....As you can see they take no ownership for the fact their name is called "stock interiors." I've already stated I cut it so that means they barely read my complaint. This was also not the first time they heard about my complaint. It is neither fitted to my vehicle nor molded at all. Like I said, I would expect to do some minor trimming, but not cut off a large amount just to get into the vehicle. As they say, I gave it the college try, but doing so they refuse to cover any cost now. In other words, they ship you a carpet you have to "work with" yourself, but its only after you've done so that you realize it wont work. Think about it, right out of the gate the carpet is sent completely oversized, so I should've sent it back, but your company would say "its the right carpet" and charged me a restocking fee. How does that make sense? It doesnt. You also haven't explained the fact that "mass backing" should not be on the sides of the carpet where the trim has to be reinstalled to much thinner specs. Your product is garbage, plain and simple. I could've paid $50 for a section of carpet at the local hardware store and put the same amount of work in and had it look better. I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. This is the first correspondence with this customer since the order was placed.       Again, I am very sorry. Our policy states that you need to test fit the carpet before you cut it. We sell hundreds of these carpet without any issues. If you had called before you cut the carpet, we could have done something then, but once it is cut it voids the warranty.

      I have bought many things from them and the products are decent but the delivery and return policies are not good. I will not use them again.

      I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. Our return policy is very strict since our products are made to order. When a product comes back, we are charged a restock fee. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to pass this restock fee on to the customer. As stated on our website per our return policy. The item that you ordered is for the seat upholstery with the plastic back, which would need to be reused from the original set. You said yours is not open so you would probably need the one for the upholstered back, which we do offer. Again, I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction.
