New to Greenville I figured I’d take my 2004 XC90 to mechanics that should know how to fix their brand rather than some chain or some neighborhood shop, was I WRONG!!! I initially took the car in for an over all diagnosis and would eventually get things on that list serviced. Every time I submitted my car for service, it either came back to me with an additional problem un matching parts & a new foreign noise. THIS WAS MY BIGGEST REGRET. I often felt like they were BLEEDING me. They returned my vehicle to me uncleaned after I specifically requested it to be cleaned. Unknowledgeable, unaccountable & sometimes unfriendly. The only bright spot was Service Rep, Ashley F****. If you value vehicle, avoid this shop for service.Review from Victoria K

I have been looking to purchase a Volvo XC 40, I found one on True Cars. It was located at Volvo of Greenville. I was contacted by a sales rep Shawni S****, who sent me photos of the car, with a description, I was interested and made an appointment to drive from Atlanta, Ga to Greenville to see the car. I also, communicated with Carlos O*****, the finance manager, about price and finance etc. I drove up, in the rain to be told the Shawni S**** was not in, they did not have that car on the lot, and had no idea about it. I showed them the photos, all the documentation to support my request. They asked me to drive a similar car, which I did but it was not what I wanted. The general manager Walter Reed, the finance person Carlos O***** and the Volvo specialist Keith L******, all said they would find me a car, they were going to an auction and would get back to me. Not a word from them, they do not take nor return my calls, texts or emails. Deceptive business practices.
