      Hyundai of Greer is my GO TO!!!! They are amazing :) I beg to differ with the comments below. I have NEVER had a problem and have bought three cars from them. Joyce is an amazing sales rep. and Fred will do anything for his customers. Jeff is the best service manager that I have ever met!!! Just give them a chance!!! Hyundai of Greer :)

      To make a long story short. I had purchased my car from another dealership on May 6th. It had only 52,000 miles on it and it was a Hyundai Santa Fe sport. On June 1st it broke down found out it had 4 recalls on it. I reached out to the dealership that I purchased from the informed me to have it towed to a Hyundai dealership but to call to see if there are any openings. I’ve called and had it scheduled to be in the shop on June 7th at 7:30 am. I received a confirmation, later that day I receive a call from the service manage Kamil B******. And he tells me they can not take my car nor have room to keep my car. So he tells me they will take my car in 4-6 weeks. Here we are in AUGUST, they suck at communicating and keeping customers updated. I am a single mother car pooling trying to make ends meet and I can not do that until I have my transportation. I have plenty of paper trail of me emailing, texting and calling regarding my vehicle and the only person who will respond maybe once in a while is Brandi Ramsey. And she is always telling me in the next two weeks! I pay too much money for a car I am not driving!! I need help now!

      I was looking at an Hyundai Elantra hybrid online. I noticed a 6,000 mark up on car due to “market adjustment” I also saw a click for e price which I did and got the online assistant they quoted me a price $750 dollars below msrp. So I took a screen shot and then had the whole conversation emailed to me as that was an option. When I got home from work I called and talked to Wayne. Made sure they had the car on the lot he assured me yes they had car. I told him it was an hour drive for us and we were pretty sure we wanted the car. He told us to go ahead and fill out financial stuff online. Even set up appointment for us to arrive. Called us as we were arriving. Got in lot, no car. They don’t have anyone named Wayne working there?! I have a txt message from this Wayne confirming my appointment to see car. Emails etc. I was very upset we drove an hour for this and I gave them financial information. I was told that my credit had not been pulled and since they were not able to sell car due to a recall on it (never saw car on lot) that my credit would not be pulled. All of this was on a Tuesday. On Saturday I got a letter from Hyundai of Greer saying they had pulled my credit and could not finance me. Which by the way is funny because I bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Wednesday from Hyundai of Anderson and had no problem getting financed. In fact I saved 1000 grand on top of the “e-price” Hyundai of Greer quoted me. I would just like to help out other people this dealership is crooked and liars. They wasted my time and gas plus ran my credit probably out of spite because I gave them a bad review on yelp.

      Contacted them about a vehicle on their lot and was emailed by the internet sales manager Heather. We sent a few emails back and forth where I explained I lived 3 hours away and would like additional photos prior to making the 3 hour drive to see and test drive the vehicle, especially since there was only 1 photograph on their website. I received no additional correspondence after asking for more photographs. I then texted her at the number she provided in her email after an hour and a half of waiting for a response, she texted back saying she would do it after helping a current customer. Two days go by with no email, no text message, and no phone call. I text her to tell her it's been two days now and I never received photographs, without hesitation she texted back that the vehicle sold. I responded that information would have been better appreciated had it been relayed sooner. She is supposed to be the internet sales manager and I felt her attention to a potential customer and attitude will absolutely keep me from purchasing a vehicle from them now. I will drive to another genesis in another state if needed before I give this company that treats their clientele like this. To add to it she did not text me back after that and didn't offer to assist me with a different vehicle or anything.
