      I didn't have a good 1st experience here. I gave myself a little time before I submitted this review but I am still angry! The biggest thing is my center console was broken after I took my car in for a different repair. The console was fine when I dropped the car off. I picked the car up because the part I needed was on order for next day. I didn't catch the broken console until I got home and opened it. It was broken!!! I know I didn't do it but couldn't prove it. Next day I brought it back and said something but nothing was done. They dismissed me. I will never go there again. Sad cause if I broke the console beforehand I would have ask Ford to fix it. They didn't even fix my initial problem correctly the 1st time. Had to drive back up to get it fixed again. Wasted a good bit of two of my mornings. I can't do business with people I can't trust!!! I don't trust them at all!!!

      I was sold a 2015 ****** ****** 2.5i with a 90 day/ 3000 mile warranty. The warranty on the fidelity warranty's website for the coverage I have says that it can cover a bulkhead harness and a VDC module. Although it was caused by rodent damage, it is known that the 2015-2019 years of te outback and legacy had issues with rodent damage due to the soy base wiring insulation. Not to mention that after purchasing the car they only give you 3/7 pages of your warranty paperwork.

However, it's crucial to note that warranties often have specific terms and conditions, Unfortunately, no extended warranty will cover outside influences such as rodent caused damage. We are aware of the challenges posed by soy-based wiring insulation in certain ****** models from 2015-2019. While there are no official recalls or extensions specific to this issue at the moment, we empathize with your situation. We advise contacting your insurance provider, as they may offer coverage for such damages. As for the warranty paperwork, we apologize for any oversight. We are more than willing to provide a complete reprint of your warranty paperwork, ensuring you have access to all 7 pages as required.       We purchased a 2013 ********** Tiguan on January 2022 and paid $13k cash. The car began displaying error messages and running bad. We took it to ******* **** and their diagnostic detected a bad cam shaft sensor. We replaced it. The car then displayed “turn engine off” while driving it. I decided to take it to the ** Dealership in Spartanburg. They quoted $5100 for repairs. They also said they were shocked that the Fairway dealership would sell this vehicle with a damaged timing belt. I contacted the dealership and they explained that the car was sold as is. We haven’t received the tag for it. So sickening that they wouldn’t resolve or help with anything. Dealerships should not be allowed to get away with this even though it is an as is transaction.

      Much to complain about but mostly I was sold the extended warranty without knowing the cost. When I saw the first bill 2 weeks later, I began my quest to have the $2600 removed from my principal and agreed to keep the maintenance plan for $1100. I have called and emailed the manager and finance manager who sold the warranty to me. I have numerous emails over the last 10 weeks stating the paperwork was done on their end. Nothing has been done and I would love help in resolving this issue.
