We stayed at 10111. Niagara Falls, boulevard Niagara Falls, New York for a funeral on 8/26/23. We had our little girls with us. After the funeral, we decided to try and go to the swimming pool for a swim. My husband and I did not realize how dirty the swimming pool was. Until our daughter's were in the swimming pool once we realize the Unsanitary conditions, we got our girls out of the pool and took pictures. There was black Mold on the ceiling, Mold and grime All over the floor. There was black Mold on a pillar where a piece of wood was trying to hide damag of the property. The water was dark and murky and it had a funny smell.. We try to inform the front desk of the issue, but there was no one at the front desk, and there was a sign instead stating they were short-staffed and no 1 was available. We immediately took our children upstairs to shower to get the filth off of them.. The next morning when we woke our girls up hour. One little girl had severe diarrhea and our other daughter had a high fever of a 102. & diarrhea. After we took our little girl home, we put her in an ice path to help combat the fever. The next day, her fever came back & her mouth was red with bimps. She had what appeared to be little blistered bumps all around her mouth. I spoke to a medical professional. I was formed that my daughter had infantago. And it is from dirty water. We tried to reach out to the hotel again & the manager. Was told no manager was on staff & wouldn't return our calls. I sent emails to the company as well as to the manager & still have not received contact from the hotel that we stayed at. In our emails, we have said we would like a refund due to the unsanitary conditions & othe complications. There was no other hotels that we could have stayed at that night. We could not afford one. We were there for a funeral, & it was already devastating. This was a horrible experience that our child became extremely sick from the unsanitary conditions of the hotel.
