              Received the letter that I’ve attached to this complaint. I never ordered service from this company and they are trying to get money from me under the threat of turning it over to collections. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone when I call this company.

              They have been charging me more and more for service I am up to 59.95 for 2.00 Mbps and .60 for upload . they do not accept any call when I call the service says they are experiencing high volume an than cut off the connection. I have been trying for days to connect with them I had the service for many years but now they don't answer to either tech support or costumer service How can I get them to do anything I feel I am being taken advantage of.
