I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against BisonOffice, following a deeply unsatisfactory experience with both their product and customer service. On November 28th, I purchased a 3 person sauna from BisonOffice, but soon encountered significant issues with the product that have been met with an inadequate response from the company. Within a 3 USES, the sauna's built-in speakers, a key feature and selling point, began to buzz and short out. On December 14th, I contacted BisonOffice’s customer service to report this defect. They inquired about a fair refund amount, and I suggested a 35% refund, considering the severity of the defect. Disappointingly, their counteroffer was a mere $300 on a $3000 purchase, which I found highly unacceptable given the product's cost and the defect's impact on its functionality. Seeking a reasonable resolution, I revised my refund request to $650. However, BisonOffice then informed me that further discussion would require a phone call, an additional and unnecessary hurdle in addressing a clear product malfunction. To date, BisonOffice has neither provided a satisfactory response nor issued any refund. Their lack of communication and failure to address this issue adequately has caused significant stress and inconvenience. Consequently, I am now seeking a $2000 refund, reflecting not only the product's defects but also compensating for the poor service experience and the failure of BisonOffice to resolve this matter fairly and efficiently. I urge the BBB to investigate this matter and assist in mediating a fair resolution. The experience with BisonOffice highlights serious concerns about their commitment to product quality and customer service.
