The information ******** ******" who at the time a judgment was placed against her in favor of our client was named ******** ******** has made several incorrect statements in this complaint.
******** spoke to a David, a respected manager of our office. David has been with the company for 14 years and has an immaculate customer service record. There are 0 Jon or Jonathans in our office. The call has been reviewed by our HR division and our legal team, in no way did anyone raise their voice to ********. In fact, ******** called us angry she hasn't gotten her way. We are not sure ******** listened to a single word that was told to her while calling our office over the last few years, each time she has called she has raised her voice angrily and disregarded answers to the questions she was asking. We answered them but unfortunately those answers seem to have fallen on deaf ears. Even though she spoke to our office multiple times, we have sent her court records which we have receipts of delivery and she has admitted to defaulting in the first place, she is yet to ever in any way pay the civil judgment against her consistently making excuses why she hasn't based around her not being notified. We have undeniable proof that is false, she was served and we have receipts of documentation sent to her.
We provided Shaquita documentation on numerous occasions to her validation and court records of the lawsuit won against her that is affecting her credit. It is also in public records for her to see.
Our office in no way will cooperate with individuals berating our employees and making demands that we do not legally need to oblige to, especially when we have already provided the documentation multiple times before.
