      Total scam. Tried saying my item was delivered and to check with the CP. Doesn't even track after order and they won't issue a refund!!

      I ordered ********** green glitter tree- breakable! When it arrived the box was way too small and the top and bottom were broke off. I ordered the same tree from target but ships from Christmas central thinking it would come better wrapped! Nope, small box with holes from tree poking out and broke in three places. Really disappointed because the trees are so cute!!!

      This company deserves to be shut down! I ordered two 360 vanity’s and they claimed to be delivered 3 days ago. The tracking information is on a shady website so I reached out immediately after it said they were delivered. I was home all day and nothing arrived. We even have cameras. The company is claiming they are at a huge loss and are only offering me a 20% refund. I don’t car what loss they are at! I ordered and paid for something, I expect to receive what I paid for. Now I’ve been robbed and my sisters have no Xmas gifts that are still very late! This company commits highway robbery and I’m putting this out there everywhere! Shame on this company!!!!

      Within less than 30 days of owning a product that started out as silent and beautiful, it rattles now. I contacted the company to EXCHANGE the defective product and they said no, that defects needed to be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product. Since the defect emerged after 7 days, we are left with the defective product and no resolution. Ironic, isn’t it— that a “Christmas” company treats their customers like dirt?! So much for “goodwill toward all.”

      I bought 7 boxes of their red and white light bulbs strands. Not long after having them one strand went out and then another. I called and got 2 replacement strands but now I have 2 more out and I have been calling but no one answers. For how much I paid for each strand I should be having problems with them. Not happy

      Christmas Central use to be a good company, I have been ordering from them for years only to very disappointed this year. I ordered a club pack of 48 snowmen shelf sitters. I received only four, all broken in pieces. i quickly received a refund... Two weeks later I saw that the club pack of snowmen had gone way down in price, so I once again tried to order them along with a club pack of 72 Santa ornaments. I received an extremely confusing email about the cancellation of something (?). Although my credit card was charged for the full amount, I ended up receiving one, out of the 72 Santas, and not any snowmen. Ater FIVE phone calls, begging to speak to someone in the United States (I was either hung up on after a long wait, or put on hold and forgotten. To this day I have received a refund for only a third of my order. I gave up and settled for someone in India who spoke broken English. I think she said she would issue a refund for the remainder of what Iwas charged. Still trying to find a phone number for the corporate office in Buffalo N.Y. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      BUYER BEWARE….. ordered a $200 LED Lighted Cmas tree. After asking for shipping updated several times, I received it 7 months later. Packaging was very poor. Three strands of lights did not work, plastic star on top was broken off. It appears that I received a previous return from someone else who realized it was defective and then reshipped to me. Contacted Christmas Central today who refused to accommodate my replacement request. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

      I placed a order for 4 x 200mm christmas tree shatterproof balls with 15 matching 70mm shatterproof balls. The 2 of the shatterproof balls were damaged and holes in them and the other 2 were scratched really bad and not worth putting on a tree. The damage was not from shipping it was from packing items in a box that was too small. Contacted their support and they said they would refund the damaged products because they could not replace the damaged product because out of stock. I said I wanted to return the small balls since I no longer have any matching larger ones. I was told I had to pay for return shipping because it's buyers remorse. Even after I explained I am only returning because they can not replace the damaged product. They just wanted to argue with me that I have to pay for shipping and would provide a label but would deduct from my refund.
