I was cursed out by a man named gust. I was told my Deek to come in and get an issue fixed for free as he had told me to do multiple times after following his direction. I was told to get the f*** out my gust and he called me a b**** in the process. All I did was say that I was told to come in by Deek for services on my car and that’s why I wasn’t on the list because it was supposed to be done for free. I’m not sure if it was the color of my skin that upset him since as soon as I walked in he turned his face up at me and began yelling at after I said what I was here for. I was treated as if I was stupid ignorant person. To get told f*** you and get the f*** out after I spent 1300 dollars there is outrageous. It isn’t my fault I was told something was going to be done for free out of my loyalty to the shop. I’m am extremely upset and I plan on making sure everyone knows how horrible gust was to me at this shop. He seemed as if he was ready to be physically violent with me.
