On April 21, 2024, signed up for a presentation at Pima County Fair, promising $300 - $500 Cruise Credit and $300 vacation card in exchange for attending the presentation. Paid $20 deposit and said I would get deposit back after the presentation. On May 1, 2024 my wife and I attended the presentation with 6 other nice couples. The meeting was run by Robert B*****. By the end of the meeting, my wife and I decided not to buy the offered program, because it didn’t make sense for us. But we are still entitled to the free gifts. I called their appointment phone number twice and left 2 messages. It’s been 48 hours. No call back yet. No other phone numbers were provided. I could do deep searches to find the names and numbers of people I interacted with, but I thought I’d let them earn and maintain their A+ rating by letting them respond here. Whom ever would like to contact me, I almost always answer my phone. Better Business Bureau won’t let me leave my phone number here for privacy reasons. But you have enough information, Presentation was May 1st 2024, Presenter was Robert B****** my name is *****. Hope to hear from someone with our gifts.Review from Tia A

Sounds too good to be true, because it is! We took part in the virtual showing of this "club" back in October. They start you off by showing you out of this world properties for a fraction of what you expect them to cost at a "small" membership fee of $9995. Of course when you say no, they continue to come back lower and lower. We were suckered in around $2500 with the promise of a free cruise (aside from taxes and fees), an all inclusive trip to mexico, and a credit to use on their website. Once we were given access we were of course excited to start booking and started looking up locations all over the world. Our main location of concern was Aruba, where my in laws have a time share and visit regularly. Much to our surprise there was not one property available there for the next year! As we continued to research, we started comparing to other retailers like *********, ***********, etc. and found that at least 90% of the properties were MORE expensive using CTC. We also found that our All inclusive Mexico trip was a scam as well, and required ANOTHER tour of a property and had terrible reviews overall. We ended up cancelling our membership within the allowed time and receiving a refund. We were supposed to still receive a cruise as a perk of participating, but after months of trying to gain access to that website, we finally logged in to see that those prices ARE ALSO HIGHER than booking directly through carnival. When I reached out to the number provided, no one answers but you can leave a voicemail that also no one will ever respond to (it has now been 20 days since my first voicemail). I also emailed and have received a response that they have escalated this and someone will get back to me... PLEASE do yourself a favor and use the free providers and don't fall for any "COMPLIMENTARY" anything from this company!!!Condominium Travel Club, Inc. Response

Tia, We apologize for any misunderstandings or miscommunications. Just to clarify a few things in your comments, we do have Aruba available and send members there all the time at member rates. I did a quick online search of our inventory and found a week at Eagle Aruba Resort and Casino in a one bedroom for $499 from July 5th to the 12th 2024. There are many more options at that property and at 5 other properties on our member site. I see the same week on booking.com for $1748. We are so confident we can save our members money with our Closed User Group member pricing we have a 300% Best Rate Guarantee that covers condos, hotels, vacation packages and cruise bookings. We have been taking care of our members for over three decades, so we really do know what we are doing. I just don’t think we communicated what we could do for you correctly and we apologize for that. Regarding your promotional gifts, we see you registered but never requested a cruise from us. We have a record of responding to your email questions, but never received an email response from you. If we missed a voice mail, we apologize but again did not get a response to our email so did not know you were trying to follow up. We’re not sure what cruise prices you were using for comparison but we only charge taxes and fees for the promotional cruise, so it is impossible for you to find a lower rate. You would have saved up to $600 on any 1A or 1S cabin you booked. We sometimes offer a Mexico Vacation to our new members at ****** ***** or ****** ****** in Cancun which is a 4-star rated resort on Trip Advisor. Not sure what rating service you are looking at but our new members that travel there, enjoy the resorts and the hospitality. If you need any assistance, please call us at *** *** ****. total scam. got caught at the fair asking if we wanted a free cruise and all we had to do was pay $40 to hold our spot and watch a presentation. we did everything as told and was told at the end of the call our rewards would be sent out to us. $50 visa gift card, $300 hotel gift card and free 3-5 day cruise. I still have all emails showing all info. I have even tried sending an email requesting items to no response. I would like my gifts as promised. this company is a joke also. I was reading reviews just to see that what we were told in the presentation was absolutely false.Condominium Travel Club, Inc. Response

I think they were very convincing to sign us up and enjoying savings that were just trips away. They signed us up for the **** presentation. We actually did sign up immediately after the presentation, even though there were red flags. If a deal is that good, it can be that good the next day or next week, right? So we decided we weren’t that happy after seeing that specific dates were what we would need to book if we wanted to see savings. We cancelled our membership after reviewing in the next couple days. The gifts that they offered for listening to the presentation, namely a $300 vacation card, which they increased to $600, during the presentation, was cancelled immediately. It did seem odd that that was increased while signing. I had friends that were planning to sign up since we did, but I had to raise caution. If it sounds too good to be true….it will be offered after you’ve had time to review it. For all those loving it, that’s awesome! Travel is fun!Condominium Travel Club, Inc. Response

*****, Thank You for the review. We typically increase the vacation card amount for new customers so they can enjoy their first vacation on us at no or very little cost depending on what vacation they choose. Not too good to be true, happens every day.Review from G. Mark B.

What a totally fraudulent business! We were approached at a festival about a cruise listing and they asked us to pay $20 just to reserve the space for listening to the specials and they would refund a $50 online shopping card. We specifically ask if it involved timeshare And they assured us it did not and it was only about cruises for which they had special access. We had never heard of this company and now that we’ve been contacted to have the 1 1/2 hour required online meeting, wedid a web search and a better business review. Obviously from the prior complaints this company is a shyster. They are welcome to keep the $20 as they just suckered out of $20 but thank goodness it was only that amount. Do not, I repeat do not deal with this company. They are fraudulent and deceitful.Condominium Travel Club, Inc. Response

*******. We are a totally functional and successful business serving customers and members for decades. We are a Vacation Club not a timeshare. We explain our platform and vacation specials in an online setting from the comfort of your home. We give anyone willing to hear our story a cruise or condo vacation for their precious time. We are happy to return your deposit. Simple call us and identify where you were and who you talked to about the presentation and we will get that deposit right back to you.Review from Alan M

Jane B*** was extremely helpful and patient in setting up our air flights, hotel accomodations, airport to hotel transfers, travel insurance, as well as investigating other options. We had multiple destinations with multiday stays in each location. She did a great job and we highly recommend her.Review from Wila N.
