We found it necessary to use another lift to move my wife about the house but really wanted the ability to go outdoors safely for her and the caregivers. An outdoor elevator or a ramp was not feasible. I hoped we could also attend mass, see Doctors, and visit sites she might recall. The Multi-lift answered our need. As a prior engineer I was especially pleased with the user-friendly design of the Lift and the team of Ken, Frank, Tricia, and all at AU . They are always available, responsive, say what they will do and do it. We have replaced the other lift with the Easy Base and are planning overnite trips with it. We feel fortunate to have Accessory Unlimited as a member of our care team.

We purchased a multi-lift from Access Unlimited to help get me into our shower. The folks at AU were very supportive throughout the process and the unit works great and looks custom made for our bathroom. Great product, great company!

The multi-lift from Access Unlimited has been a huge help. I have a son with a neurodegenerative condition and getting him into my lifted ****** with 37" tires was not possible without this lift. Tom and Tricia from Access Unlimited were helpful pre, during, and post sales. The system is easy to use and has unlocked new mobility possibilities for my son. Lastly, I will mention that I recently had a new need (getting my son into a roof top tent). I let Tom know of this and he jumped right in to think of ways to solve this problem and offered a viable solution. We are really grateful to Tom and the entire Access Unlimited crew!

I contacted Access Unlimited in 2020 because we needed a way that get my husband into our vehicles, the shower and our camper. The multi-lift was a true answer to prayer for us. It enabled him to do all those things and we were able to continue traveling where otherwise he would have been house bound. The equipment is state of the art and amazing. We did have a couple small issues and the folks at Access Unlimited stepped up to the plate and went over an above to stand behind and fix the issues. It is truly an amazing company that works so hard for their customers.

My husband was diagnosed with ALS and my family and I were in need of a way to transport my husband from his wheelchair to our vehicle more easily. I was googling products one night and came across Access Unlimited website. After reaching out, I got a call in less then 30 mins and they we so informative about the product. They worked with us over the next few weeks and even were able to ship it sooner than planned so that my husband could attend my son's graduation. I tell everyone about this company and how it was a true blessing that I stumbled upon them.

We are so grateful for Access Unlimited, their capable staff and all the work they do! My husband ***** has Multiple Sclerosis. His M.S. has worsened so much in the past two years that he cannot walk or stand at all. I was still trying to transfer him into the car and it was becoming unsafe. I dropped him once and I hurt my back trying to get him in the car. Originally I was looking at possibly purchasing a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transport him. The more I looked, the more discouraged I got. The new ones are so expensive that we could not afford one and the used ones were typically older with high miles and still quite expensive. A friend of mine had heard of Access Unlimited and accomodations they can make to help people with mobility impairments live an active life. When I called I really had no idea what I needed besides help getting ***** safely into and out of our car. From the very first time I called their office I had a feeling that they were going to change our lives. The woman on the other end of the phone was Staci and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked me many questions about *****'s mobility to help decide what would be the best fit for us. We decided upon a lift device that picked ***** up from his wheelchair and guided him safely into the car. This is accomplished by putting the sling which comes with the lift, around and under his back and legs. Then you attach the hooks from the sling onto the lift and push the power button. I was given training on how to use this device by the people that work for the company. The lift is powered by a rechargeable battery which also comes with the lift. I feel like we can go anywhere and do anything together now. Thank you so much Access Unlimited!

My husband recovered from a stoke that left him partially paralyzed - his left side. We had no idea how we would transport him to dr visits, etc. My son saw a multi lift for sale on marketplace. First time we had heard of something like this. We checked into the company, sent an email to request info and that same day received a call from Tom. It sounded like something which would help us tremendously. It did! I would highly recommend this company and their products. As mentioned by others, the customer support is the best I have ever experienced. Training is required before you are to use the lift, they provide the hands on training. They want you to feel comfortable using the lift with your loved one. I have the multi lift for my car. Easy to use, sturdy but not too heavy and no drilling into your vehicle.
